Booking Information

Retreat Inclusions:

  • Accommodation, meals (excluding alcohol), tuition, heating, towels, and bed linen.
  • Guests must bring their own towel/robe for the hot tub.
  • Transport to/from the retreat is not included, but transportation from Totnes railway station can be arranged.
  • Special diets can be accommodated if mentioned at booking.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the house.

Payment Information:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. For installment payments, the initial payment counts toward the deposit.
  • Final Payment: Due 8 weeks before the retreat. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the retreat require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Installments: The deposit is non-refundable, and refund terms follow the cancellation policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another retreat or individual within 9 months.
  • If cancellation occurs:
    • 8 weeks or less before the retreat: No refund.
    • 8-25 weeks before: 50% refund (minus deposit).
    • 26 weeks or more before: Full refund (minus deposit).
  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Note: Final payments are non-refundable once due. Guests are encouraged to take out personal holiday/cancellation insurance, including personal accident coverage.

General Information:

  • Complaints: Must be reported immediately during the stay or in writing within 14 days of the retreat’s end.
  • Liability: The retreat is not liable for injuries, loss, accidents, delays, or inconvenience.
  • Acceptance: Booking implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
